Diversity, equity and inclusion are not only important to Wealth for Women of Color, but they sit at the core of our brand. Women, people of color and specifically women of color face unique obstacles towards attaining wealth. And since wealth can provide security, options, access and comfort, it’s critical that marginalized groups have a path towards it. While we know that wealth gaps exist due to many complex reasons, our goal is to ensure that women of color believe wealth is possible by supporting them on their journeys.
